Toshiba Corp. <6502>ーToshiba Sues 5 Ex-Execs over Accounting Fraud
Tokyo, Nov. 7–Toshiba Corp. <6502> said Saturday that it has filed a 300-million-yen damages lawsuit against five former executives, including three who served as presidents of the major Japanese machinery maker, over an accounting fraud at the company.The three former presidents are Hisao Tanaka, Norio Sasaki and Atsutoshi Nishida. The other two targeted in the suit filed with Tokyo District Court are Fumio Muraoka and Makoto Kubo. (2015/11/07-16:32)
