🏹WisdomTree to Buy ETF Securities’ European Unit .
WisdomTree Investments, Inc., a U.S.-listed exchange-traded fund (ETF) manager, has reached an agreement with London-based ETF Securities to acquire its European platform in exchange for US$ 253 million in cash and 30 million WisdomTree shares, for a total consideration valued at US$ 611 million, according to a statement released November 13, 2017.
