Softbank: Innovation Fund
On September 10, we invested in an online real estate rental brokerage company, Quinto Andrele, in Brazil.
Softbank Group (SBG) and US investment company Dragonia undertook a $ 250 million investment.
In March this year, we announced the establishment of a “Softbank Innovation Fund” with a scale of 5 billion dollars.
With this fund, we will invest in companies in South America, such as Brazil and Argentina, and in Mexico.
Quinto Andrele, in Brazil:
Established in 2013.
Rent condominium properties without a guarantor or deposit through the Internet.
Growing into a company that mediates the largest amount of real estate rental properties in Brazil.

In addition to the above, the eighth unicorn company was born.
