“The Japanese government provided 476 billion yen for the establishment of a factory by TSMC in Taiwan, but only 10 billion yen for Samsung in South Korea.”

“I want you to establish a base in Busan, not in Japan.”

“It would be much more in the national interest to apply a tax exemption to the expansion of Japanese companies.”

“Is there any benefit to South Korea, not pro-Japanese?”

“It’s still better than investing in China or North Korea.”

“Tomorrow, I have to sell all of my Samsung shares.”

“Samsung will not be able to build a factory in its own country in the future because it cannot supply electricity with new renewable energy.”

“Japan has no strong labor unions, few weird regulations, and plenty of government support, so it’s good for investment.
