Kawasaki Heavy Industries: Liquefied hydrogen transport ship
The world’s first liquefied hydrogen carrier was launched today.
Kawasaki Heavy Industries is also a member of the Technology Research Association “CO2 Free Hydrogen Supply Chain (HySTRA)”.
In the future, the vessel will be equipped with a liquefied hydrogen tank for marine transport under development at NEDO.
It will be completed around the fall of 2020.
