We have developed an “ozone solubilization reactor” for sewage treatment plants for concentrated excess sludge.
“Ozone solubilization reactor”:
Efficiently dissolves the persistently decomposable components contained in sewage sludge, mainly microorganisms, with ozone gas.
Obtained building technology examination certificate:
Obtained the building technology examination certificate of Japan Sewerage New Technology Organization.
Features of the new device:
Applying agitation technology and high concentration ozone,
By “ozone solubilization reactor”
We will increase the production of biogas.
Stirring technology for uniform dispersion
High-concentration ozone bubbles are refined using a special stirring blade. Developed agitation technology for uniform dispersion
Apply high concentration ozone
Stirring technique and high concentration ozone were applied.
Conventional ozone treatment:
Ozone consumption rate is 30% or less.
This ozone treatment:
Ozone consumption rate is 80% or more. Solubilize excess concentrated sludge
Utilization of solubilized concentrated excess sludge
Confirmed that the production of biogas generated during decomposition can be increased by 22% compared to the conventional method.
Solubilization of concentrated excess sludge
Promotes decomposition of sewage sludge in the digestion tank and contributes to reduction of waste sludge
This device can be easily installed in an existing sewage treatment plant.
In addition, there is no need to construct a new large-scale system.
