Winner Selected for Brussels Delta Tower Competition

A Japanese/Belgian design team has won an international design competition for a new tower in the outer Brussels municipality of Auderghem. The scheme would activate a triangular site at a prominent city corner.

Planning Permission Granted for Modular Tower in London

Planning permission has been granted for a 44-story tower that will be built from nearly 1,500 modules manufactured offsite. The development will provide 546 homes to rent, an art gallery, and a café.

New Details Emerge for Multi-Tower Block 675 Redevelopment in New York City

New renderings have been released for the Block 675 redevelopment, located just southwest of the Hudson Yards supertalls.The site sits on the corner of 30th Street and 11th Avenue, and will comprise more than 1,200 apartments.
