“CNC-QSSR”:

Developed “QSSR Autopass” that automatically generates the path of the robot on a personal computer.

It will be available at the end of December 2020.

QSSR Autopass:

Cooperation between machine tools and robots is accelerating.

Currently, “teaching man-hours for robot route generation” has been a burden.

If you use QSSR Autopass, this man-hour can be greatly reduced.

Just specify the robot operation start point and end point on the personal computer.

Even if the object to be machined (work) or jig is on the orbit, it avoids them and automatically generates the path of the robot.

“Digital Twin”:

We have developed a 3D model that links robots and machines.

A “digital twin” that virtually displays is realized by a three-dimensional model.

When you move the position digitally, the trajectory of the robot is calculated and the movement is created.

Shortened with QSSR Autopass:

“A series of steps in which a robot takes out a workpiece and attaches it to a machine tool”

Currently, it takes 2-3 hours to set up a series of flows.

With QSSR Autopass, it only takes tens of minutes.
