The Ministry of Commerce will implement export controls on some graphite items from December 1st.

Public Notice No. 50 of 2006:

“Decision to implement temporary export control measures for graphite products”

It was announced that export controls would be implemented for some graphite items.

Export controls will be implemented from December 1st.

Application obligations for exporters:

For exporting these items, Chinese exporters apply to the Ministry of Commerce through the competent department of commerce at the provincial level.

After that examination and approval, it is necessary to obtain a “dual goods and technology export license.”
