A new product of the transparent glass antenna “WAVE ATTO CHR” that can be attached to windows.
Announced products that support all frequencies in the 5G Sub 6 band.
Assigned to 4 mobile carriers in Japan.
Shared use among multiple carriers:
Supports “infrastructure sharing” between multiple mobile carriers.
It was developed with the cooperation of NTT DoCoMo and JTOWER.
Commercial experiments will begin on the same day, and commercial production will begin in November.
Combination of conductive material and glass:
An antenna developed by combining transparent conductive material and glass.
Use by sticking it on the window glass from the indoor side.
5G Sub6 (3.7GH / 4,5GHz):
The new product is
One unit supports all 4 carriers and 5G Sub6 bands (3.7GH band / 4,5GHz band).
The size is 559 x 250 mm, which is smaller than the conventional product. It weighs about 1.8 kg.
Needs to expand the number of base stations:
5G uses a frequency band higher than 4G.
