Ministry of Defense: Type 61 tank, Jordan Royal Museum Exhibition: King Abdullah I Ibn AI Hussein request

In April last year, there was a request from Foreign Minister Kono from His Majesty King Abdullah I Ibn AI Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
He said he would like to give Japanese old tanks for display at the Royal Tank Museum in Jordan.
Japan Ground Self-Defense Force:
On August 6th, the GSDF tank 61 was retired and handed over to the Royal Tank Museum of Jordan.
In December last year, King Abdullah requested that the Armored Vehicle developed in Jordan be presented to the Ground Self-Defense Force.
It will be received by the Ministry of Defense around August 20, this year.
