Japan-Based Developer Sekisui House Submits Proposal for Four Towers in Sydney’s Parramatta Suburb.
Developer Sekisui House has submitted a development application for a AUS$144 million (USD$115 million) residential project to the City of Parramatta.
Lodged earlier this month, the proposal features four residential buildings on an 11,290 square-meter site located three kilometers from the expanding Sydney Olympic Park.
