Conducted a survey of Takuyo No. 5 seamount in Minamitorishima southwest, where cobalt rich crust is distributed, commissioned by JOGMEC.

Three-dimensional images of the seabed surface covering an area of 1 square kilometer were acquired by three robots.

  3. Autonomous type: underwater robot

Acquired efficiently in a short period of time.
