Airbus:

Obtained type certification of Airbus A350 aircraft from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism.

JAL will start commercial flight in September.

Airbus A350:

Short body type: Airbus A350-900 type ,

Long-body type: Airbus A350-1000 type ,

Very long distance flight type: Compatible with ultra long distance flight of Airbus A350-900 aircraft: A350-900ULR

The engine is equipped with a Rolls-Royce Torrent XWB engine.

Orders from Japan:

As of the end of March, we received orders for 890 aircraft from 50 companies.

Japan Airlines (JAL)

Airbus A350-900: 18 aircraft,

Airbus A350-1000: 13 aircraft

The Airbus A350-900 aircraft will be introduced to Tokyo / Haneda-Fukuoka Line from September.
