MAI Corporation, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation (“MC”) (the
“Offeror”), decided on February 20, 2018 to acquire shares of common stock in Mitsubishi Motors
Corporation (First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Securities Code: 7211 “Target
Company”) (the “Target Company Shares”) through a tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) under the
“Act”) and commenced the Tender Offer on February 21, 2018. The Offeror hereby announces that the Tender Offer was
completed on March 20, 2018, as follows.
