Nepal (NRB): We Chat Pay and Alipay ban-same as Vietnam and Russia

Nepal Central Bank (NRB):
On May 20, announced that it would prohibit the use of WeChat Pay and Alipay of the Chinese payment app in Nepal.
In Nepal, Chinese tourists increase.
They use “Wechat-pay and Alipay, which are used in China,” to pay for the store.
If you pay with “QR code used in China”, the settlement will be done on the Chinese side.
The Nepalese side can not grasp the flow of funds, which may lead to illegal activities such as tax evasion.
Vietnam and Russia:
The move to limit electronic payments by Wechat-pay and Alipay, has already taken place in Vietnam and Russia.
In June 2018, Vietnam regarded these electronic payments as “illegal payment tools” and banned their use.

A draft is filed that prohibits foreign electronic payment tools (such as Wechat-pay and Alipay) from being implemented in Russia.
In order to provide electronic payment services in Russia, it is necessary to first register as a corporation in the country and obtain permission to transfer funds from the Russian Central Bank.
