On April 9, an event titled StartUp Energy Transition was held in Berlin.
Promote innovation in startup companies, investors and partners in the energy conversion sector.
StartUp Energy Transition:
Applications from 450 startup companies in 80 countries for the 2019 SET Awards.

“Energy efficiency, smart equipment and storage”
“Smart grid and security”
Energy Access and Sustainable Development Goals
“Mobility innovation”
Three companies were narrowed down as final candidates in five areas.
Winners:
Germany Enapter: A manufacturer of high-efficiency hydrogen generator
Sweden Blixt: A manufacturer of multifunctional breakers that can measure power consumption and connect to smart grids
Australia Planet Ark Power: A technology for grid connection and voltage fluctuation control of photovoltaic power generation
A company that produces charcoal alternative briquettes with bamboo (Divine Bamboo)
Motorization of motorcycles, the main means of transportation (Bodawerk)
There was no start-up company from Japan this time.
