Successful identification of influenza virus with “AI” and “nanopore sensor”
A research group of Osaka University Institute of Industrial Science and Tokyo Institute of Technology conducted a new one particle detection method combining nanopore sensor and AI technology on November 21, 2018, to investigate the influenza virus type (type A, type B , A subtypes) with high precision.
“Application to rapid and simple virus inspection kit” is expected.
