Norway SWF and Prologis Sell Off Some European Logistic Properties
The partnership between Norges Bank Real Estate Management and Prologis sold off eight logistics properties located in France, the Netherlands and Spain to a fund managed by Ares Management. The agreement was inked on November 17, 2017, but closed on January 17, 2018.
