The results of Hyundai Motor and Kia Motor in the second quarter of 2021 (April to June) are as follows.
Hyundai Motor:
Sales of 30,326,100 million won (up 39% year-on-year), operating income of 1,886.0 billion won (up 220% year-on-year)
Kia:
Sales 18,339.5 billion won (up 61%),
Operating income 1,487.2 billion won (up 925%)
Helped by the base effect (a sharp turnaround compared to the Corona period), it achieved one of the largest quarterly results in history.
Samsung Electronics:
In 2020,
Sales of 236,810 billion won,
Operating income is 35,990 billion won,
The operating profit margin was 15.2%.
