NBIM has a partnership with Prologis Inc. On October 24, 2017, this particular partnership signed a deal to buy a logistics property in San Francisco, California from Sanrio, Inc.
Sanrio is a Japanese company that owns brands such as Hello Kitty, Pochacco, Keroppi, Bad Badtz Maru.
The deal closed on December 19, 2017, with NBIM owning 45% of the property and paying US$ 29.1 million, while Prologis acquiring the remaining 55% stake.
The property has a total leasable area of 357,000 square feet. The property is located at 570 Eccles Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080.
