Norway GPFG Buys Central Paris Office from Groupama Group

Norges Bank Real Estate Management manages real estate investments for Norway Government Pension Fund Global.
Norges Bank Real Estate Management purchased a 100 percent interest in a retail and office property located on 79 avenue des Champs-Elysées in central Paris from Groupama Group.
The property comprises 7,200 square meters of retail space and 3,100 square meters of office space.
The sales agreement was signed on December 13, 2018.
