COVID-19: Nissan announces closure of Barcelona plant: 3,000 employees

On May 28, it announced that it will be preparing for the closing of its Barcelona plant in Spain at the end of 2020.

2019 financial results announcement:

Nissan explained that it is a management restructuring measure “a part of the production capacity reduction shown in the business structural reform plan”.

In 2019, production volume will decrease to 60,000,
