Toward the automation of the concrete spraying work done at the mountain tunnel construction, started a full-scale experiment with a simulated tunnel.

Tunnels have different terrain conditions in different places.
It is also necessary to consider unevenness and leakage.
We will aim for realization of one operation by executing only facing work by one person, by the year 2020.
In the test, we have already established a technology to spray at a constant thickness.
From now on, we will aim at “fully automated” which can ensure construction quality according to the work environment.
