1st CINVE: Sake and Shochu Contest-held in Spain

March 31-April 3rd, Spain’s first Sake and Shochu contest “The 1st CINVE Sake and Shochu Contest” was held in the western Caceres (Estrem Madura).

Highest prize: major department stores, sales rights

CINVE is a government-certified international liquor competition that has been held in Spain since 2007

About 200 sake and shochu were exhibited from more than 50 Kuramoto this time.

Result of examination (see Table 1, Table 2)

Yamada Aoi Junmai Daiginjo “Uraiso” of Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture in the sake section

Rice shochu “Necka” in Shimi-machi, Fukushima prefecture in the shochu department

Won the highest award.

Products that have received the highest award will also have the right to sell in department store giant El Corte Ingles.
