Takeuchi Seisakusho: “EU Stage V”
Conformed to European non-load engine fifth emissions regulation (“EU Stage V”),
selling new products “TB 235-2” and “TB 250-2” of mini excavator from February 2019.
A mini excavator is a small construction machine with a mass of less than 6 tons, and its main use is to “drill” at “a narrow place”.
Main application:
Foundation work on housing construction,
Piping work (water pipes, gas pipes, etc.)
Public infrastructure construction such as road construction,
Construction work of companies’ factories and commercial facilities,
Landscaping works to plant trees in parks and gardens,
Repairing and dismantling construction of aged buildings,
○ Features of “TB 235-2” and “TB 250-2”
(1) Successor models of existing products “TB 235” and “TB 250”, conform to “EU Stage V”
(2) Improved visibility from the driver ‘s seat.
The dead angle of the operator is reduced, safe work.

(4) Improve control of bucket and attachment, operate intuitively and smoothly
(5) Easy adjustment and registration of hydraulic fluid flow rate on LCD monitor
○ About EU Stage V
In Europe, it is a new exhaust gas regulation for engines installed in non-load mobile machines (mobile machines, not cars).
Depending on the engine output value, regulations will be sequentially started in January 2019 or January 2020.
Because it was the fourth stage (Stage IV) so far, it is called “EU Stage V”.
