Goldman Sachs Funds £875 Million Loan for Olympia London Exhibition Centre Regeneration Project
Goldman Sachs,
through its fund Real Estate Credit Partners III, funded a £875 million loan to finance the Olympia London Exhibition Centre regeneration project.
German institutional investors
Bayerische Versorgungskammer and Versicherungskammer Bayern (VKB),
Deutsche Finance International (part of Deutsche Finance Group), and
Yoo Capital
are equity investors in the Olympia London project.
Olympia London is situated on a 14-acre freehold site in West London.
Deutsche Finance International,
through its fund DFI European Value Add Fund, led a group of investors on April 7, 2017 to buy the Olympia London property for £296 million from listed London property company Capital & Counties Properties PLC.
