US: Ban on securities investment in 31 Chinese companies: Signed Executive Order

US President Donald Trump:
We have signed an executive order banning securities investment in 31 Chinese companies.
On November 12, 31 Chinese companies were found to be related to the PLA,
We have signed an Executive Order prohibiting Americans (Note 1) from investing in securities.
Ban on investment in Chinese designated companies:
After 9:30 am EST on January 11, 2021
Americans are prohibited from investing in designated companies in China through securities and other means.
By 11:59 pm EST on November 11, 2021
You are required to sell the securities you already own.
Ban on investment in 31 companies:
Under this Executive Order, the U.S. Department of Defense recognizes as a “communist Chinese military company” in June and August 2020 under Article 1237 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 1999.
Prohibit investment in 31 companies.
Already on the entity list under US export control regulations
Huawei, Huawei,
Hikvision of surveillance cameras,
In addition to China Communications Construction (CCCC)
China Mobile (China Mobile),
In addition to China Telecom
Companies in the chemical, nuclear and aerospace fields are included.
