Tesla:
In October 2020, we released a beta version of full self driving software for some customers.
“Full self driving”:
A YouTube video was posted on October 26th.
However, in the video, there was a situation where the driver’s momentary lack of attention could be catastrophic.
I followed “Model 3’s support for stopping”, but when I turned left after that, I almost rushed into a car parked in the parking space.
The video showed several times when the driver had to switch control to manual to avoid collisions and traffic rule violations.

Consumer Reports
released its second-ever ranking of driver-assistance systems on Wednesday.
Tesla
once again took second place, but an increasingly crowded field is quickly encroaching.
Autopilot
outpaced competitors in capabilities and performance, but sank to the bottom for categories like driver engagement and clarity around safety.
Consumer Reports’ rankings
come as Tesla launches its “full self-driving” beta software, which is not actually self-driving.
