On January 3, 2018, Singapore’s GIC Private Limited sold 2,942,000 shares of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co Ltd at an average price of HK$ 4.3064, according to HKEX filings. This transaction lowers GIC’s stake in the company from 6.06% to 5.99%.
