🚖Operation Commences at the Third Production Line for Automobile Laminated Glass Interlayer Films at Mexico Plant

Marubeni Corporation has announced that the operation of a third production line in the Mexico automotive laminated gass interlayer film plant operated of Sekisui S-LEC MEXICO S.A.de C.V. , which is a joint venture company with SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD. has commenced in response to the increasing manufacturing capacity of automobile makers in the Central and South American market.
Construction was completed in June 2017 and full-scale operation will commence from January 2018. The new line will mainly produce high-performance interlayer film with better sound insulation than conventional products.
