Kaji Tech:
A low-priced version of the FCV hydrogen station and a new compressor will be launched in 2021.
The compression mechanism has been simplified compared to the conventional model, and the customer company has already entered a performance confirmation test.
45% cost reduction:
The new compressor aims to reduce costs by 45% compared to 2016 as a cost target for 2025.
Capability of the new compressor:
Discharge pressure
82 mega (mega is 1 million) Pascal,
Discharge rate
340 normal cubic meters per hour.
Improved the conventional 3-cylinder 5-stage compression type,
A new 2-cylinder 4-stage compression type has been realized.
Consideration for installation site:
Considering stable maintenance, we avoided excessive compactification of the compressor unit.
Awareness of not only introduction cost but also operation cost control.
Kaji Tech Compressor:
By 2020, it has already been delivered to 39 stations nationwide.
Government Roadmap:
The number of installation stations,
320 locations by 2025,
