🚀About payload TRICOM-1R installed in JAXA, SS-520 Unit 5
TRICOM – 1R is a next – generation satellite based on the achievements of Ultra – small satellite, developed at the University of Tokyo.
It was developed at the University of Tokyo after being adopted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s research and development project.
We store and forward data that gathers data sent from terrestrial terminals while circling the earth and forwards data to the ground station by command when the satellite is over the control station (Forward) Immediately after the launch and orbit launch, we will perform the earth’s image autonomously, and we will do an immediate observation mission to send the observation data to the ground with the first communication with the ground.
