📈Retail turnover in September 2017:+4.1% in real terms on September 2016 .
According to provisional data turnover in retail trade in September 2017 was in real terms 4.1% and in nominal terms 6.1% larger than that in September 2016. The number of days open for sale was 26 in September 2017 and in September 2016.

📈September 2017: employment once again up 1.5% year on year
In September 2017, roughly 44.5 million persons resident in Germany were in employment according to provisional calculations of the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). Compared with September 2016, the number of persons in employment increased by 653,000 or 1.5%. This means that the year-on-year change rate had been 1.5% in every single month from January to September 2017.
