Norwegian company has discontinued the purchase of Boeing aircraft.

Cheap Airlines: Norway Air Shuttle

Notified Boeing, a major US aircraft company, to cancel all remaining 97 jet purchase contracts.

The reason is “prolonged 737 MAX flight suspension measures and engine problem of 787 Dreamliner”.

Norwegian Air Shuttle announced that it could not agree on reasonable compensation for its negotiations with Boeing.

Based on the undiscounted list price, terminated contracts are worth at least $10.6 billion.

In the US stock market on the morning of 30th, Boeing’s stock price temporarily dropped by more than 7%.
