🚖KDDI · Zenrin · Fujitsu to begin demonstration experiment of generation / distribution technology of “dynamic map” for automatic driving
KDDI Corporation, Zenrin Co., Ltd. and Fujitsu Limited have been collecting information on large volumes of data, which is an indispensable technology for the generation of “dynamic map” in the fully automatic driving era, from January 2018, and map distribution technology for automatic driving vehicles I agreed to start a demonstration experiment.
KDDI, Zenrin, Fujitsu will demonstrate data collection, data analysis / processing, data distribution technology necessary to generate “dynamic map”. We will consider utilizing 4G LTE and the next-generation mobile communication system “5G” in the field trials.
