🌅Marubeni Enters the Photovoltaic Module Testing Business in United States
On March 12th, Marubeni Corporation (hereinafter, “Marubeni”) acquired a 70% share of Renewable Energy Test Center, LLC (hereinafter, “RETC”), thus entering the photovoltaic modules testing business in the United States.
Marubeni will have a 70% ownership interest in RETC while PFIL North America, Inc. (hereinafter, “PFIL NA”), an existing investor, will have a 30% ownership interest. PFIL NA is a member of the Philippine-based Ayala Group of Companies.
