The hand dryer (manufactured by our company name: jet towel) manufactured by Taizhou Zhao Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. and sold by Shanghai Minari Electric Co., Ltd. infringed on the patent and design rights of Mitsubishi Electric.
We are pleased to inform you that the infringement judgment was filed on 19 November 2019 in this Chinese lawsuit and we won the case.
