Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation have agreed to turn Limited Liability Company UNIQLO (RUS), Fast Retailing’s subsidiary operator of the UNIQLO brand in Russia, into a joint corporation through issuance of new shares to Mitsubishi Corporation. Mitsubishi Corporation
