On April 4, at the 5th ASEAN Finance Ministers Meeting held in Chiang Rai, Thailand, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on financial innovation and payment system.
Laos’s largest commercial bank Laos Foreign Commercial Bank (BCEL):
On the 5th of April, at the event of the meeting, it was announced that Thai Tanachart Bank and the international settlement (Cross Border QR Payment) service using QR code were started.
