🏹Bain Capital to Acquire Japanese Ad Agency Asatsu-DK .
Tokyo, Oct. 2 (Jiji Press)–U.S. investment fund Bain Capital said Monday that it will acquire Asatsu-DK Inc. <9747>, the third-largest ad agency in Japan, through a tender offer.
Bain Capital plans to purchase all outstanding Asatsu-DK shares at 3,660 yen apiece and all equity warrants of the firm in the tender offer, which will start on Tuesday and end on Nov. 15. Its total acquisition costs will reach up to 151.7 billion yen. JIJI PRESS
