Colorado Springs, CO, November 16, 2017 – R9B (root9B, LLC), a leading provider of advanced cybersecurity services and training for commercial and government clients, announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract from prime contractor Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) to enhance the capabilities of USCYBERCOM’s core cyberspace disciplines in operations, planning, training, and exercise support.
The contract has a period of performance of up to five years.

Fluor Completes High Priority Power Line in Puerto Rico .
IRVING, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLRFluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) confirmed today that the company, working under its contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), has completed a high priority 38kv power line near San Juan.
This will allow the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) to re-energize lines that serve an area in Carolina that includes residential neighborhoods, a hospital and a branch campus of the University of Puerto Rico.
Work awarded to Fluor under the contract includes power grid restoration, repair and replacement of structures and equipment supporting the re-energization and recommissioning of electrical infrastructure in the eastern part of Puerto Rico.

Boeing Subsidiary to Distribute Rolls-Royce Engine Products in Defense Market .
Boeing‘s subsidiary Aviall has signed a sales and distribution agreement to offer a suite of Rolls-Royce-made engines to the defense sector.
Aviall will market AE 2100 turboprop, AE 3007 turbofan and AE 1107C turboshaft engine variants that are designed to power multiple types of military aircraft, Boeing said Thursday.
Eric Strafel, Aviall president and CEO, said the company seeks to help increase material availability, service response and fleet preparedness for aircraft operators through the partnership with Rolls-Royce.

Cubic to Continue Delivery of Revenue Collection Services for Transport for London with Contract Extension.
SAN DIEGO – November 16, 2017 – Cubic Corporation (NYSE:CUB) today announced its Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) business division has signed a $185 million contract with Transport for London (TfL) for a three-year extension of services to London’s Oyster and contactless ticketing system.
In addition, CTS has finalized the $553.8 million contract from the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) awarded in October for the design and implementation of New York’s New Fare Payment System.
CTS was selected by the MTA to replace the iconic New York MetroCard with a proven, next-generation fare payment system similar to that used on the bus, Tube and rail services operated by TfL. Matt Cole, president of CTS, signed the contract at MTA headquarters on November 1.
