KDDI Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takashi Tanaka) and Daiwa Securities Group Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Seiji Nakada) have entered into a capital and business alliance in the asset formation field , KDDI Asset Management Co., Ltd., a joint venture company that both companies support the formation of customers’ assets in the age of 100 years, was launched.
