Home to over 9,000 people and 250 organizations, Milton Park is in the Thames Valley region of the United Kingdom. Milton Park is a large business park that is managed by its developer MEPC Limited. Hermes Investment Management (Hermes) sold a 50% equity ownership stake in Milton Park to the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) for approximately £200 million.
