TOKYO GAS CO., LTD. 100% owned subsidiary Tokyo Gas Asia Inc. and Japan Policy Bank, Ltd., through a newly established joint venture, from Indonesia’s largest gas company Lukun · Ruralja, a subsidiary gas distributor Panji · We acquired 33% of the shares of Raya Alamindo yesterday.
Tokyo Gas’ third-largest investment in gas distribution companies overseas is the third following Gas Malaysia in Malaysia in 1992, Petro Vietnam low pressure gas sales company in Vietnam in July 2017.
