Australia ASPI: Chinese military scientists’ abroad study abruptly increased – collaborating with US leading universities

Scientists from Chinese military personnel have greatly increased research cooperation with scientists in technologically advanced countries (including the United States).
According to a survey by the Australian Institute of Strategic Policy Research (ASPI), it turned out that the People’s Liberation Army of China was ‘leaving over 2,500 scientists and engineers overseas in the past 10 years’.
