第八屆“清酒沙龍”：
歐洲最大的清酒交易會，週六在巴黎舉行。
廣島縣和新潟縣的啤酒廠也參加了。
今年，出現了“400多個品牌的清酒”。
Exports of the Japanese beverage to France
have more than tripled over the past decade, with sales up more than five-fold.
Sylvain Huet, the head of the event’s organizing group, said
France is the fastest growing market for Japanese sake in Europe, and demand in the country could increase further.
A senior official of the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association,
Miyake Kiyotsugu,took part in the fair. He said Japanese sake seems to be gaining popularity in France.
He said that wine sommeliers have learned to recommend sake to drink with French dishes.

Le plus grand salon du saké d’Europe, qui s’est tenu samedi à Paris.
Des brasseries de la préfecture d’Hiroshima et de la préfecture de Niigata ont également participé.
Cette année, “plus de 400 marques de saké” sont apparues.
