苹果公司下令从德国的商店购买iPhone
由于与芯片巨头高通（Qualcomm）的专利纠纷，苹果已被命令从德国的商店中删除一些iPhone型号。
法院于12月20日在慕尼黑作出判决，认定苹果公司侵犯了节电技术专利。
周四，高通公司支付了13亿欧元（12亿英镑）的债券，允许iPhone 7和8型号的禁令继续进行。
如果iPhone制造商赢得针对禁令的上诉，该债券将资助授予Apple的赔偿金。
德国案例是高通公司阻止iPhone出售的第三次尝试。
这家总部位于加利福尼亚的芯片制造商已经在美国和中国针对苹果公司提起专利侵权索赔。
