Nippon Life Insurance Co.＜Unlisted>Nippon Life to Spend 280 B. Yen for Mitsui Life
Tokyo, Nov. 6 –Nippon Life Insurance Co. said Friday it will spend some 280 billion yen to acquire Mitsui Life Insurance Co.The two Japanese insurers announced a broad agreement on the acquisition in September.
