随着人们寻找减少病毒传播的方法,COVID-19加速了各种新技术的采用。

近年来,通过全球试验的形式,其自动驾驶设备已经吸引了一些关注,

如今,新型冠状病毒已成为一个严重的问题,至少有一个机场正在进一步采用该技术。

今天早上注意到,东京的羽田机场将使用WHILL自动驾驶系统来帮助行动不便的乘客在登机口之间旅行。

实施仍然相当有限,在世界第四最繁忙的机场为三到七个登机口提供服务。

自2019年以来,已经进行了11项试验,为大约400名乘客提供服务,对此COVID-19的普及是加速采用的一个主要因素表示了担忧。

增加自动驾驶个人机动车辆将在某种程度上减少工作人员与乘客之间的接触,并希望在此过程中限制病毒的传播。
